The ability to plan and deliver engaging volunteer events will also be a key requirement. Challenging, but hugely rewarding, this position gives you the opportunity to multi-task in a diverse fast-paced role where you will use your own initiative, as well as collaborate within a team.
Overview of Role:
The Placement Officer is responsible for assisting the current Placement Team (staff and volunteers) to deliver an accessible and quality-focused volunteer placement service across Dublin City; by recruiting, matching and supporting volunteers through the placement process. In line with our Quality Standards Framework, quality checks on data, as well as a focus on systems (Salesforce) management will also be a key part of the role; ensuring everyone gets a quality-centred service.
